On Sept 15, Leff’s Atlanta Media is offering the “60 Second Pitch Fest.”
The event will be an exciting live event that challenges PR professionals to convince a panel of journalists that their story is worthy of coverage.
When: The event will be Monday, Sept. 15 at 6 p.m. at Georgia Public Broadcasting (260 14th Street NW)
How It Works
- Members of our live audience will have 60 seconds to pitch their story to one or all of our media panel. No powerpoint slides. No videos. No props. Just their persuasive abilities!
- After each pitch, they’ll get constructive feedback from some or all of the panelists.
- PR folks will leave with a new understanding of the dynamics of news and the challenges reporters face daily as they try to get their stories on air or in print. And the journalists will leave with new story ideas to take back to their newsrooms.
